Fees & Payment

Our fees are £4.75 per  hour.
For children attending the Breakfast Club the fee is £3.75 per session (08.00 – 8.40) and the Afterschool Club £8per session ( 15.10 – 17.00) or £4.50per hour.
Late collection fees, where prior notice has not been given, are £5.00 for the first 15 minutes followed by £1.50 for every 15 minutes.

You will receive an invoice during the first week of each term (there are six terms per year) relating to the hours that your child will attend Busy Bees, showing both funded and unfunded hours of attendance. Fees for unfunded hours must be paid within one week of receiving the invoice if paying by cheque or two weeks if paying by cash or bank transfer. If fees are more than two weeks in arrears a late payment fee of £20 will be applied. The Committee also has the right to withdraw your child’s pre-school place in the event of non payment.
It is important to note that there is no refund for hours that your child does not attend because of illness, holidays or for other reasons including late dropping off or early collection.
It is important that, if parents are having trouble making payments, they should contact Kelly or Sammie on 07749257608 as soon as possible.
